Have you ever though about becoming a Parent Coach?
If you are an experienced parent who has overcome parenting challenges or a compassionate professional working with parents such as a K-12 educator or counselor, becoming a parent coach is an excellent way to supplement your income while making a difference in the lives of families!
With your training as a HEART-STRONG Certified Parent Coach, you will become a trusted parenting expert in the field of trauma, ACES, and supporting children with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges within a framework of compassion and connection.
For those with natural listening skills, intuition, and compassion, parent coaching is incredibly creative and rewarding work!
For retired or “pre-tired” teachers and others looking for a career change, becoming a parent coach is a great way to earn a part-time or full-time income working from home.
Design your own work schedule and spend time doing the things that you love, with the people you love.
Support families on the phone or via web conferencing technology – without having to drive to work. You can even do this work in your pajamas!
Or… become a leader and the go-to parenting expert in your local community by running in-person support groups and workshops for parents.
Parent coaching certification will give you the mindset, skill set, and credibility you need to stand out in the marketplace. Make a difference by giving parents expert and compassionate support while building a profitable part-time or full-time coaching business.
As a parent coach, you will provide caring support and expert solutions that bring hope, growth, and healing to vulnerable children and families.
This credential is also an excellent preparation for those looking for a new career as a parent educator or support professional in non-profit or social service agencies, government or community organizations serving educators, children, and families.
The HEART-STRONG Certified Parent Coach Training is the best and only coaching certification you’ll ever need for working with struggling parents whose children have challenging behaviors resulting from complex developmental trauma, anxiety, and other mental health and emotional regulation difficulties.
HEART-STRONG International offers two options for professional certification: Parent Coach or Educational Trainer. You may also earn a dual certification so that you can support both teachers and parents.
We are accepting applications for the upcoming June cohort.
